Training Courses, presented by Vicky BaldwinBorder Security Services offers a wide range of courses that relate to the industry of security and hospitality training.Our Company organises for a registered training organisation (RTO) who offers nationally recognised Training delivery, to deliver courses required.Our Company benefits from facilitating these courses for recruiting of new team members and also to develop and train our already existing team. Border Security Services Officers are provided with continual training in Law, first aid and crisis situations to ensure the protection of all persons on premises.
“Security was the last profession I ever saw myself doing, but one day a job came in for a Security Officer to travel around Australia protecting some flags. I saw it as a great opportunity to travel and get paid so I completed my certificate 2 in Security with Border Security Services, got the job and travelled. I loved it so much that upon my return I trained some more applied for work and have since been doing Security at V8 Supercars, Melbourne horse racing events, Jimmy Barnes, ACDC, and too many names to drop.”
I have also managed to build my resume by completing more training. I now have qualifications such as: certificate 2 and 3 in Security, batons and handcuffs, RSA Victorian and NSW, gaming license, certificate 4 in workplace training (I can now teach), level 2 first aid, self defence and tactic response, Risk management. OH&S training, and front line management.
I would not have succeeded in developing such high qualifications for any profession I may choose if I had not been introduced to Border Security Services.”
